Lumecca
Lumecca Treatment Plan
One of the common signs of healthy, youthful skin is an even skin tone. And with an energy-based treatment plan such as Lumecca, you can get the skin tone you desire in fewer appointments than with any other procedure. Lumecca is an advanced IPL treatment, which is also referred to as an intense puled light, used to treat pigmented and vascular lesions.
What is Lumecca IPL?
Lumecca is one of the most powerful IPL treatments used today, making it easier to improve the overall complexion and clarity of your skin. It operates with Photothermolysis, making it a more comfortable, effective light solution. After just one Lumecca treatment, you can begin to see significant improvements in your skin tone and condition.
What Sets the Lumecca Treatment Apart from Others?
The technology used during the Lumecca treatment requires a higher peak power, delivering a much stronger and faster result. In turn, this leads to fewer required treatments than any other IPL treatment available. In addition to quick results, there are several other benefits you stand to gain, including those we’ve listed below.
- Fewer Age Spots and Sun Damage
- Quicker Results
- Less Invasive Than Other Treatment Plans
- Strong Sapphire Cooling Results in Less Discomfort
- Treatment Time is Far Less
What Can Lumecca Treat?
The Lumecca laser treatment is specifically designed and created to varying skin tones and skin discoloration. While it can treat any area on your body, there are two types of conditions it treats best.
- Vascular Lesions – Vascular lesions such as port wine stains, rosacea, angiomas, spider angiomas, superficial leg veins and many others can be easily treated with Lumecca. This reduces the look of these skin conditions, allowing your skin tone to even out.
- Pigmentation – If you suffer from pigmentation issues such as dyschromia, hyperpigmentation, or ephelides, Lumecca can easily treat them. However, this is only for benign pigmented epidermal lesions.
How Does Lumecca Work?
The Lumecca procedure is quite simple – a handheld device will deliver a bright blast of light to penetrate the designated area. And while it may sound painful, your aesthetician will apply a cooling gel to the area to ensure you feel no pain during the procedure. As the procedure continues, each light pulse will target the deep tissue, reducing the overall redness, wrinkles and finer lines. While this works best on light to medium skin tones, we use it to help a variety of patients.
What Results Can You Expect?
For patients that are being treated for sun damage and skin complexion issues, results can be seen within just a few days after your first sessions. As the days and weeks continue, your skin will continue to look younger and more natural. To improve the final result of this treatment, we recommend having several sessions. You can say goodbye to those dark spots on your skin and hello to a more youthful appearance!
How Much Does Lumecca Cost?
The final cost for the Lumecca laser treatment will be determined based on how many treatments you require and the office you are seen at. However, a general price range is usually around $200 per session, going up to $1,000 for packages.
